Once again, my friends, our daily meeting is renewed with a noble Hadith from the book Riyadh as-Salihin, Chapter on Truthfulness
Hadith 55 – The second hadith:
On the authority of Abu Muhammad al-Hasan ibn Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with them both), who said:
“I memorized from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): ‘Leave that which makes you doubt for that which does not make you doubt. For truthfulness brings peace of mind, and lying brings doubt.’”
Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, who said: It is a sound (hasan sahih) hadith.
